Privacy summary
The current App Store description says EndoTracker health diary entries stay on your device, no account is required, and those entries are not stored in an EndoTracker cloud service.
Apple separately discloses that purchase history, user and device identifiers, and usage data may be collected and linked to identity for app functionality. Those operational data are distinct from the symptom, pain, bleeding, medication, wellness, and note entries in your on-device diary.
1. Who this policy is for
This policy describes privacy practices for the EndoTracker iPhone app and this website. EndoTracker is developed by Patrick van der Ploeg and published under Parivee Apps.
This EndoTracker-specific notice supplements the broader VeJo Apps privacy policy linked from the App Store listing. If a statement differs, the most specific and current disclosure for EndoTracker should be used for the relevant EndoTracker feature.
2. Health diary information
Health diary information can include pain scores, pain location and type, bleeding, clots, fatigue, energy, mood, bowel or bladder symptoms, cycle information, medication entries, wellness answers, SOS plan details, emergency contact information, and personal notes.
According to the current App Store description, these entries stay on your device. EndoTracker does not require an account and does not provide cloud syncing for these health registrations.
Because the health diary is local, protect access to your iPhone with a device passcode and the security options available in iOS. Anyone who can access an unlocked device may be able to view information stored in its apps.
3. App Store purchases and operational information
EndoTracker is free to download and offers in-app purchases. Apple processes App Store purchases under Apple\'s terms and privacy practices. EndoTracker does not receive your full payment card details from Apple.
Apple\'s privacy label for EndoTracker says that purchase history, user ID, device ID, and other usage data may be collected, linked to identity, and used for app functionality. This information may be needed to recognize or restore access to purchased features and support App Store operations.
Review the current App Privacy section on the App Store before downloading because Apple disclosures can change when app functionality changes.
4. Reports and information you choose to share
EndoTracker Pro can create a PDF health report from information stored in your diary. Creating a report does not automatically send it to a healthcare professional or to Parivee Apps.
If you export, email, print, save, or otherwise share a report, the apps and services you choose may receive a copy. Their privacy practices apply after you share the file. Review the recipient and destination before sharing sensitive health information.
5. Emergency contact and SOS plan
The SOS plan can store a personal pain management plan and an emergency contact for quick access. These details are part of your on-device app information. Using the call button hands the call to the iPhone phone service and your mobile carrier.
The SOS plan is not an emergency service and does not monitor you, contact emergency services automatically, or replace a plan created with a qualified healthcare professional.
6. Website data
EndometriosisTracker.com is a static informational website. It does not include account registration, a contact form, advertising trackers, or health diary storage.
Basic technical logs may be created by the website hosting provider for security, reliability, and delivery of the site, such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, and time of access. External links, including the App Store, Apple support, and medical sources, are governed by the destination\'s privacy practices.
7. Data choices and requests
You control the health information you enter into EndoTracker and which reports you choose to export. The app does not have an online account containing your health diary entries.
For App Store purchase history or Apple account information, use Apple\'s privacy and purchase support tools. For a question about information handled by Parivee Apps, use the protected contact option below. Include enough detail to identify the request, but do not email sensitive health diary content unless it is necessary and you choose to do so.
8. Security and limits
On-device storage reduces the need to transmit your health diary to an app-operated cloud service, but no device or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Device access, local or system backups, exported files, and services you choose to share with can affect the privacy of your information.
9. Policy changes
This policy may be updated when EndoTracker, the website, legal requirements, or relevant service providers change. The date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
10. Contact
Use the protected email option to contact Parivee Apps with a privacy question about EndoTracker. The prepared subject and message identify this website automatically.
